The short version

Kitchen verdict

Dine at the hotel for convenience, in town for stars, and at the casino Grill when you want to stay at the tables.

The Wintergarten is the safe, polished choice and Fritz & Felix the livelier one, with a charcoal grill and a serious bar. The one-starred Le Jardin de France (Augustaplatz) and Maltes hidden kitchen (Gernsbacher Straße) are the two destination tables in town. Brenners publishes no dress code for its venues; the jacket rule applies in the casino's gaming rooms, so ask whether it extends to the Grill.

At Brenners Park-Hotel

Executive chef Sebastian Haverkemper cooks for every venue; pastry chefs are David Becker and Louise Fröhlich. Reservations: [email protected], +49 7221 900 890. The hotel does not publish dress codes.
