Creative regional and international cooking, mostly seasonal, with a broad wine list. The card valid from 30 September to 11 November 2026 offers set menus at €46 for three courses, €59 for four and €65 for five, with the same prices for the vegetarian menu. Dishes on the sample menu include roast-beef tartare with egg yolk and caper relish (€17), pikeperch with creamed spinach (€32), guinea fowl with lentils and sherry jus (€36) and nougat mousse with lemon sorbet (€12); vegetarian dishes are pumpkin and cauliflower with sage butter (€28) and fig risotto (€30).
